Terms of Service
Each client's needs are unique and require special attention when it comes to invoicing for our services. We work closely with you to choose a plan that best fits your needs.
Contracts
A signed contract is required before any work commences. The contract outlines all the details so that there is no confusion of what is expected by both parties.
Invoicing
All invoices are sent via email or fax every two weeks and payable upon receipt. My MSVA-VAS uses Standard Time software to accurately track time spent per project.
Expenses incurred for projects are accurately tracked and added to the invoices. Charges such as long distance, postage, shipping cost, and printing through an outside source are reimbursed.
We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Money Order, and Cashier's Check.

Outsourcing work to My MSVA-VAS means you only pay for the services and time you need.
Our rates are very competitive and offer a better value over the cost of traditional employees. Because we are independent contractors, you're not required to pay employer taxes or benefits. Plus, there's only one check to write. It's simple and easy.
Hourly Plan
Work performed under the Hourly Plan is billed at the hourly rate. Rates are determined depending on the Client's specific work requirements and other pertinent factors.
There is a 50% deposit required.
Retainer Plan
Our clients often like to start with a Retainer Plan, or a per-project arrangement, in order to get a feel of how the relationship will work. Using a monthly retainer based upon your needs enables our clients to get a feel for My MSVA-VAS and develop a strong, professional relationship with us. Plus our retainer fees are discounted to save you 10%-20% of our standard hourly rate.
All retainers are paid in advance on a monthly basis. With a Retainer Package, the client pays in advance for services because we reserve time for your work and make it a priority. Detailed tracking is provided showing times, dates and description of work.
We offer a monthly retainer of 15 hours or more per month.
Per Project & Custom Pricing
For those times when you need a project completed outside of our normal business hours, the staff of My MSVA-VAS will assist you. A surcharge will apply to all "RUSH" as well as Evening/Weekend/Holiday project deadlines. This is something that both My-MSVA and the client will discuss and agree to prior to the assignment.
There is a 50% deposit required.
Transaction Coordination
Online Transaction Coordination services requires a separate agreement and can be discussed further during your consultation. We prefer to use Settlement Room and Relay.
Other Terms

Hourly rates will be billed in quarter-hour increments and invoiced every two weeks.

There is a fee imposed for late payment. The fee is a percentage of the outstanding balance. A work stoppage may result and the final product will be held until the account is paid.

Per Project pricing is calculated depending on the project. A 50% retainer and a signed contract is required on all project assignments before virtual assistance
begins. Balance is due in full prior to the release of the completed project.

There will be a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks.
- Final product will not be released until account balance is in good standing.
