organization and ours. A successful VA/Client partnership is focused and has specific goals in
mind. We are committed to developing a long-term relationship that reflects and implements the
Clients business philosophy, their "vision." Commitments are required by both parties; in

Virtual Assistance is about building a partnership between the VA and the Client. Your business partner, the VA, will be equally focused in helping you grow your business, your career, or your interest. After all, you are the VA’s business! A comparison of working with a VA versus the obligations of hiring an employee is listed below.
Virtual Assistants Offer Big Benefits Such As:
- NO Social Tax
- NO Medicare Tax
- NO Unemployment Tax
- NO Workman's Compensation
- NO Furniture
- NO Office Space
- NO Overtime
- NO Benefits
- NO Paid Vacations
- NO or Minimal Training
Simply Put : Only Pay for Time on Task
Your employee's 8 hour day can be crunched into 3-4 hours with a VA.
Simply put, you should contract with a VA because it is more cost-effective and VAs go far beyond the normal assistant's duties to deeply impact your own productivity. No task is too big or too small for a VA to handle. Even if you have only 1 hour of work a month for a VA to do, a VA can (and will) do it. VAs let you focus on the things that are most important to you; the business aspect, while VAs handle the paperwork and planning - the other duties that can eat away at your time and productivity.
